For any of our applications that is localizable, we usually offer the command line parameter /createenglish to update or recreate the english language file, which is by default found in subfolder Languages\English.ext, where .ext is an extension that depends on the application.

It is used mainly by translators who need this file as a source for their translations, e.g. when we do not update it ourselves during betas.
