Description
Strictly speaking, this is not a generic advanced file parameter. It's dependency is not upon [[advcheck.dll], but upon the downloaded plugins, which should include at least 2008-02-27 (beta update users) or 2008-03-05 (public update users).
It is used only for HandleFile, to tell it that it should refresh it's internal handle and process list. This usually is not required, unless you suspect new processes have been starting since the previous call to HandleFile.
