Spybot - Search & Destroy
Command Line Edition (Scanner)
By default, the command line edition does only show the results of a scan. To actually fix scan results, you need to specify either /fixall to remove all results, or this parameter, /fixcustom, to let you (the user) select which items to fix or not in an interactive mode.
