RootAlyzer
If you let RootAlyzer start a deep scan right away using /autodeepscan, you need to use /drives to specify which drives to scan, or /silent to start with defaults, otherwise the dialog that allows you to select the drives will show up.
The list of drives has to be a comma-separated list of drives. One letter is sufficient, everything further will be skipped.
