Spybot - Search & Destroy
Spybot - Search & Destroy tries to load the registry of inactive users whenever you run it's On-Demand user interface, unless the current system is a machine offering Terminal Services, in which case it is assumed the user might not be informed of remote users logging in while he is scanning (which they could not do while their profiles are locked exclusively to the scan). To override this behaviour on a Terminal Services machine, use /allhives.
A Registry Tweak called DisableUserHivesLoading will also be available in the next release after 1.6.0.30/31.
