Spybot - Search & Destroy
Main Application
When you specify the /fixall command line parameters, search results will always be selected when appearing on the results list, contrary to the default behaviour of pre-selecting only malware items and no usage tracks or products in revision.
Command Line Edition (Scanner)
The command line edition behaves very similarly here, except that since there is no graphical user interface, it includes the behaviour of /autofix - it will automatically select and fix all items found during a scan.
