Spybot - Search & Destroy
Used to skip open browser warnings during immunization, but is provided as a smaller alternative to /taskbarhide only, which does include this as well.
RootAlyzer
When specified, RootAlyzer will not show information dialogs like the ones that tell you to not open or close other applications while it loads.
