Strictly speaking, this is not a generic [[Advanced file parameter|advanced file parameter]]. It's dependency is not upon [[advcheck.dll], but upon the downloaded plugins, which should include at least 2008-02-27 (beta update users) or 2008-03-05 (public update users).<br />

It is used only for [[HandleFile]], to tell it that it should refresh it's internal handle and process list. This usually is not required, unless you suspect new processes have been starting since the previous call to [[HandleFile]].<br />
