The first example would identify a link ''Spyware.lnk'', the second one any link that would point to a file named ''Spyware.exe''; in both cases, the file linked to has to be larger than 10 KB in size (which is a quite silly [[Advanced file parameters|advanced file parameter]] and only used for demonstration here).
